Bruno Ledoux - Managing director
Mr Ledoux has more than 25 years of experience in Real Estate and Business Management. He has been the Founder & CEO of successful companies in the French real estate and media market, such as the Colbert Group and BL HOLDING MEDIA (BLHM) based in Luxembourg with main offices in Paris. For many years he has been a joint-venture real estate partner with Lehman Brothers. He has also served as the Owner and CEO of Liberation newspaper. Through his different ventures Mr. Ledoux has managed more than € 1 billion asset investments and businesses.
George Papastergiou - Managing director Head of Asset Management & Development
Mr Papastergiou demonstrates more than 10 years of hands-on experience in Real Estate Development projects as an Investor, Business Owner and Project & Construction Manager. His multifaceted experience in all stages of real estate development guarantees the best possible alocation of your investment. George holds an MBA with focus on Finance and Real Estate from SDA Bocconi School of Management in Milan and an MEng in Civil & Structural Engineering from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
Julie Banc - CFO – Investor Relations
Mrs Banc brings more than 15 years of experience in the real estate sector. During her tenure in some of the world’s biggest investment banks, such as Credit Suisse and Lehman Brothers, she has led and provided advisory in numerous real estate transactions across Europe. Mrs Banc holds a degree from Dauphine University in Paris.
Konstantinos Sarantopoulos - LLM, LLB Head of Legal & Compliance Department
Mr Sarantopoulos has been a member of the Athens Bar Association since March 2009 and a Supreme Court Attorney since 2019. He has an experience in practicing law, legal litigation, Court hearings, real estate, and business deals for almost 15 years. He also serves as legal counsel for several companies for at least 10 years and he has a partner network in all relevant fields (investors, real estate experts, tax advisors, public notaries).
Dimitris Patras - Head of Property Management
Dimitris is a dedicated professional with a passion for creating a positive and well-managed living or working environment. Experienced in finance, sales & property management with a proven track record in overseeing residential and commercial properties. Dimitris is a holder of MSc in Finance & Accounting from University of Thessaly.
Elpida Vazoura - LLB Real Estate Lawyer - Civil & Commercial
Elpida is a senior associate lawyer of our legal department in Greece. She has been practicing law since 2010 with experience in civil, commercial and real estate law, especially in real estate transactions and contracts, residential and commercial real estate leases for individuals and companies. Elpida is a graduate of the Law School of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
Konstantinos Papastergiou - Senior Development & Technical Advisor
Mr Papastergiou is a civil engineer with more than 40 years of experience in the area of real estate development and construction. During these years he has successfully led and completed more than 60 greenfield and brownfield projects in different areas of the Greek teritorry across all different asset categories. His direct involvement during the phases of the selection of the assets, the structuring and the management of the project guarantees the success of your investment.
